The role combines strategic technical leadership with delivery accountability, overseeing engineering managers and AI engineering capabilities, advancing AI-enabled software engineering practices, and ensuring solutions meet quality, performance, security, compliance, and reliability standards. The position requires significant experience leading technology functions and software teams, a track record with large-scale SaaS and cloud-based solutions, and expertise in AI-enabled engineering, DevOps, continuous integration and delivery, test automation, and Agile or Lean delivery.
