Huge is hiring a remote Director of Technology in Colombia to lead technology strategy, client technology relationships, delivery, quality, security, compliance, vendor partnerships, and innovation across engineering and digital technology practices. The role requires strong leadership of engineering teams of 10+ developers, experience with complex projects and distributed teams, expertise in modern architecture, cloud infrastructure, mobile and e-commerce technologies, AI coding tools, autonomous multi-agent systems, CI/CD, DevOps, and third-party API integrations. The target technology stack includes React Native, iOS, and Android.
