Scopely is looking for a Director, Technology Audit to strengthen their internal audit function. This role focuses on technology, security, and AI audits, requiring extensive experience in technology audit with a proven track record in assessing internal controls and risk management within dynamic industries like video games or tech. The director will lead the development and execution of a risk-based audit plan, evaluate control effectiveness, serve as a strategic advisor, drive continuous improvement using data analytics and AI, and collaborate with various departments.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6 years of progressive internal audit experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focusing on technology audit.
experience working in the video game industry or related entertainment/technology sectors.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP).
Strong understanding of Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS), governance frameworks including COSO, COBIT, ISO, internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes related to technology, security, and AI.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with and mentor a high-performing team.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a high level of personal integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Experience working with complex, multinational organizations and familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks.
Operating in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment, must be able to acclimate and add value quickly.
