Oura is hiring a Director, Technology Business Operations to build and lead IT's strategic planning, prioritization, financial governance, procurement, contract and renewal management, and workforce operations from the ground up. The role will start as the sole builder, manage a contractor bridge, and grow a small FTE team while partnering with FP&A and other cross-functional stakeholders. It is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco office and requires 12+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years leading IT strategy for a fast-growing company.
