Description
The Director, Test Architecture will define and lead Ford’s AI-Assisted and AI-Led verification and validation test architecture, including scalable automation frameworks, reusable assets, intelligent regression, closed-loop analytics, and governance standards. The role partners with V&V, software engineering, systems engineering, DevSecOps, data analytics, simulation, lab infrastructure, and product teams to establish a predictive, automation-first, data-driven V&V operating model and to drive multi-year technical roadmaps, innovation pilots, and measurable quality outcomes across on-board and off-board software products.
