NetApp is hiring a Director, Test Engineering to lead its global PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineering organization. The role owns manufacturing test strategy and execution across In-Circuit Test, Boundary Scan Test, Functional Verification Test, and Environmental Stress Screening for new product introduction and sustaining operations. Responsibilities include leading managers and engineers across San Jose, Wichita, and Taipei; driving test automation, quality, yield, coverage, cost, operational excellence, root-cause analysis, and global manufacturing-partner engagement; and managing roadmaps, budgets, staffing, and executive communications.
