Description
OLIX is hiring a Director of Test Engineering to develop and industrialize test solutions for its next-generation AI computing hardware. The role owns manufacturing test strategy, architecture, equipment, automation, and processes across component, subsystem, and final-product testing, with responsibility for NPI through high-volume manufacturing readiness, optimization of yield and throughput, and scaling test capability with manufacturing partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 15 years of engineering leadership experience in test or manufacturing test, including five years leading teams, and expertise in test architecture, instrumentation, automation, and complex electrical, optical, and high-speed products.
