Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Director, TPG AI Program Management to lead the Technology and Product Group’s AI transformation agenda. The role owns the AI portfolio, roadmaps, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive decision points; aligns AI investments with business outcomes; develops reporting and value-realization frameworks; and builds a program-management function incorporating responsible AI, security, intellectual property, governance, and organizational change. The position requires a master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of strategic or technical program management experience, and experience leading multi-year transformation programs. The US base salary range is $159,000 to $358,000 per year, with benefits, bonuses, and equity potentially available.
