Director, Transaction Advisory Services (Financial Due Diligence) at Intrinsic

Intrinsic is hiring a Director to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate acquirers. The role owns analytical work, quality of earnings and working-capital assessments, risk identification, client relationships, report delivery, and team development. It requires 8+ years of transaction due diligence experience, strong US GAAP and Excel skills, and a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a CPA is preferred. The position is based in Denver with hybrid and remote work options and offers a base salary of $190,000 to $220,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus.
