Braven is hiring a Director, Transformation and Operations to join its newly formed Transformation team and report to the Head of Transformation. The role leads the design and execution of strategic initiatives such as AI adoption, market intelligence, and process innovation; manages cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority; builds project plans and operating systems; and synthesizes market and competitive insights for senior leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least five years of strategic operations experience, with a strong preference for in-person work in Atlanta, Chicago, Newark, or New York City. The position offers a 50-hour work week, 15–20% travel, and geographic salary ranges of $87,200–$108,900 in Atlanta, $92,000–$114,900 in Chicago, and $101,200–$126,400 in New York City and Newark.
