Director, Translational Medicine, Oncology, Cambridge, MA at Isomorphic Labs

Isomorphic Labs is hiring a Translational Medicine Director to lead and execute the translational medicine strategy for its oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Translational Medicine, the role will own clinical biomarker assays, companion diagnostic development, clinical trial design, translational data analysis, regulatory documentation, and external CRO management. The position requires a Ph.D. or similar in biology or a related field, at least seven years of translational experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical oncology, and strong expertise in cancer biology and drug development. The role follows a hybrid model requiring office attendance three days per week.
