Adobe is hiring a People Manager for its Product Engagement Systems engineering team in San Jose. The role leads and grows an engineering team delivering cross-app in-product experiences, owns technical strategy for rapid prototyping and scalable user workflows, partners with Product, Design, Growth, and Data, and embeds analytics, experimentation, telemetry, performance, scalability, reliability, and observability into product development. The position requires a BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 15+ years of software engineering experience, 7+ years leading engineering teams, and experience with modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures. The U.S. base salary range is $186,500 to $358,250 annually, with a California range of $247,400 to $358,250.
