Director – Urban Infrastructure at EXP

EXP is hiring an Infrastructure Team Manager to grow and lead its infrastructure team from the St-Jérôme office. The role combines team development, business development, client relationship management, project strategy, resource allocation, profitability monitoring, quality control, and multidisciplinary project leadership. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication and mentoring skills, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, urban infrastructure design knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with a car for travel.
