Description
The Director leads Unisys’s US & Canada Enterprise & Data Center Field Services organization, overseeing operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, workforce management, strategic customer relationships, and continuous improvement across enterprise infrastructure, data center, networking, server, storage, and advanced field engineering services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a master’s degree preferred, and 12+ years of relevant field services or enterprise technology operations leadership experience, including 7+ years managing large, geographically dispersed service delivery organizations.
