HelloFresh is hiring a Director or Senior Director of Consumer Experience Design to lead and grow a multidisciplinary UX, UI, content, and localization team across multiple consumer brands and markets. The role owns end-to-end consumer experience quality and delivery, builds and scales the Zest design system and modern UI foundations, closes the design-to-engineering gap, and establishes AI-native design workflows. Candidates should have a track record of leading product-focused design teams, strong craft and product taste, design-technology fluency, and experience scaling quality across multi-brand or multi-market ecosystems.
