SharkNinja is hiring a Director, UX — Hardware in Needham, Massachusetts to lead the strategic direction and tactical execution of user experience for new hardware products. The role will build and mentor a UX design team, collaborate with industrial design, product development, engineering, and other stakeholders, own design deliverables from concept through detailed specifications, integrate user research and AI tools, and manage team goals and UX impact metrics.
