BDO is seeking a Director to join its Melbourne Valuations team and lead complex valuation engagements across financial reporting, tax, litigation, transactions, and strategic advisory matters. The role combines technical valuation expertise with commercial leadership, including client relationship management, business development, quality review of valuation reports and financial models, engagement delivery, and mentoring managers, senior analysts, and analysts. Candidates should have extensive experience in business valuation, financial reporting valuations, and transaction-related advisory services, along with strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, accounting standards, and frameworks.
