Celonis is hiring a Value Engineering Manager / Director for its CPG & Retail segment across the DACH region. Based in Munich, the role leads a team of 6–7 Value Engineers, owns ARR, renewals, and net retention, advises C-level executives, leads enterprise AI and process-intelligence engagements, develops partner and customer relationships, and scales industry frameworks. The position requires native or business-fluent German and fluent English, leadership experience in pre-sales, management consulting, or value engineering, and familiarity with supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, and operational processes.
