Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Director, Manufacturing Value Stream to lead the global manufacturing value stream across its supply chain. The role owns the multi-year capability roadmap, global process and technology standards, operational governance, continuous improvement, and cross-market design trade-offs, while leading a department and partnering with executive stakeholders. It requires 12–15+ years of progressive supply chain, operations, or manufacturing experience, including senior leadership, global team leadership, budget management, and large-scale transformation experience. The position offers flexible working arrangements and travel of up to 25%, with pay ranges varying by location.
