Turner & Townsend is hiring an Associate Director, Variable Commission Delivery to lead variable Project Management and Cost Management services for a top-tier global client, initially focused on the Americas and later expanding globally. The role owns the client-facing variable commission lifecycle, manages internal delivery mechanics, builds and mentors a dedicated team of Project Managers and Cost Managers, leads contracting and billing, and is accountable for the variable P&L and rebate position. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience, project and cost management expertise, financial acumen, analytical skills, and strong communication and team-management abilities. The base salary is $185,000-$215,000, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
