Veeva Systems is hiring a Director of Medical Affairs to drive the growth and regional adoption of Vault Medical, a unified suite for medical affairs teams. The role owns P&L, pricing, and go-to-market strategy; supports sales and product development; coordinates cross-functional execution; and represents Veeva Medical through customer and industry engagement. Candidates need life sciences solution-provider or consulting experience, SaaS and cloud expertise, Medical Affairs process knowledge, executive communication skills, and a CEO-level execution mindset. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $300,000, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, flexible PTO, company-paid holidays, retirement programs, and charitable giving.
