Intuit is hiring a Director to lead its Consumer Group Services organization within the Expert Network Services group. The role owns service-delivery strategy, expert workforce management, customer and expert experience, operational infrastructure, cross-functional alignment, peak-season execution, change adoption, and leadership development across a large virtual workforce. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive leadership and operations management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and is based in San Diego with a base-pay range of $196,500 to $266,000.
