Description
Ford is hiring a leadership-level manager to lead a multi-regional Virtualization & Simulation organization responsible for software and system testing, vECU adoption, vehicle digital-twin validation, V&V strategy, roadmap execution, quality metrics, and cross-functional delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering, at least 15 years of automotive ECU hardware/software development or system/software validation experience, and a hybrid schedule based in Mexico City with onsite work four or more days per week.
