CIMA+ is hiring a Director, Wastewater to lead the growth and delivery of its municipal wastewater practice across Ontario. The role combines strategic business development, client engagement, technical oversight, project leadership, and team mentorship for wastewater treatment facilities, sewage collection systems, pumping stations, and related municipal infrastructure projects. It can be based in Mississauga, Markham, or Kitchener in a hybrid model and requires a relevant engineering degree, an Ontario P.Eng. license, and at least 15 years of progressively responsible municipal wastewater consulting, engineering, and project leadership experience.
