The role leads enterprise workforce strategy, apprenticeship and talent-pipeline programs, IRA compliance, leadership development, technical qualifications, recruiting partnerships, workforce analytics, and workforce readiness initiatives. It is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, requires a bachelor's degree or higher and relevant workforce-development experience, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
