Description
The Director, Workforce Training will provide strategic leadership for workforce training programs supporting regional economic growth and employer talent needs. The role oversees program planning, implementation, evaluation, partnerships, budgets, grants, staffing, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in training, workforce development, counseling, career development, or a related field, and strong leadership, data, communication, and customer-service skills. The position is full time, available immediately, and remains open until filled.
