BNY is seeking a Director, Workplace Engineering Group Leader to define and execute the global engineering strategy for its Workplace Hub. The role leads multiple engineering teams across workplace experience, real estate, facilities, visitor management, reservations, and physical security technologies; owns architecture, modernization, integrations, data products, and platform reliability; and partners with product, UX, business, operations, and peer engineering stakeholders. The position requires 10+ years of software, platform, or enterprise application engineering experience, senior leadership experience, and expertise in modernizing complex enterprise environments, with Genetec and digital workplace experience preferred. It is based in New York City, New York.
