Director Workplace Operations at Fivetran

Fivetran is hiring a Director of Workplace & Engagement to lead its global workplace and employee experience strategy across 10 office locations. The role owns office-space strategy, leased-office versus flexible-workplace decisions, vendor and contract management, global events, attendance and spending metrics, and on-target budgets, while partnering with Finance and senior leadership. It requires extensive workplace, facilities, and people-management experience, with a hybrid model based in Oakland requiring two office days per week.
