The organization is hiring a Director’s Representative / Site Supervisor to oversee civil-engineering projects from town-center plans and residential neighborhoods to sports and recreation areas. The role manages technical execution, progress, quality, safety, contractual compliance, stakeholder communication, bottlenecks, and project documentation. Candidates need MBO/HBO education in Civil Engineering or a similar field, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of UAV and the RAW system, legal and regulatory knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
