A Núclea is hiring a Commercial Director to lead the commercial agenda, define strategic direction, develop and execute commercial strategies, expand and retain the client portfolio, manage performance indicators, coordinate with internal areas and suppliers, monitor market trends, support product development, and lead commercial managers and teams. The role requires executive experience in commercial leadership, business development, and complex B2B operations, preferably in regulated technology, infrastructure, or corporate services environments, along with advanced English and knowledge of Capex and Opex.
