Earth Work Solutions is hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy civil dirt work construction projects throughout Wyoming and surrounding areas. The role supervises crews, subcontractors, and equipment; coordinates with project managers, clients, inspectors, and vendors; maintains schedules and budgets; ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; and manages materials, documentation, and field issues. Candidates need at least two years of superintendent experience in heavy civil dirt work, knowledge of earthwork and related construction activities, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
