The Disability Review Operations Manager leads DBQ Generation, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams, acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert for DBQ content accuracy and training. They collaborate with cross-departmental managers to ensure knowledge alignment, train accuracy, and drive process improvement.
