Lifesteps is hiring a full-time Disability Services Program Specialist in Export, Pennsylvania, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role supports individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism by coordinating medical, dental, psychiatric, and psychological services; developing individualized care and development plans; and providing hands-on support and administrative duties. Candidates need a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience or 60 credit hours plus four years of experience, along with communication, Microsoft Office, crisis-prevention training, and a valid driver's license.
