Cerebral Palsy Alliance is hiring a Lifestyles Disability Support Worker for its Lifestyles Day Programs team across the Greater West Region. The role provides person-centered, one-on-one support in day programs, home and community settings, including personal care, mealtime assistance, medication administration, skill building, community participation, and transport. It is a casual, day-shift position with shifts from 09:00 to 15:00, 09:30 to 15:30, or 10:00 to 16:00, and requires travel across multiple sites. Applicants need an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid NSW driver’s licence, and the right to work in Australia; disability, youth, or community-program experience is desirable. The role pays $41.77 plus super and penalty rates and offers training, qualifications, and career development opportunities.
