CPA is hiring a permanent part-time Disability Support Worker for its Beacon Hill, New South Wales accommodation and respite service. The role provides person-centred support to clients with physical, intellectual, and other disabilities, including assistance with daily living, personal care, medication administration, mobility, and wellbeing documentation. The position offers approximately 30 or more hours per week across morning, day, evening, and awake-night shifts, with an hourly rate of $36.23 plus superannuation and penalty rates. Applicants must hold a current NSW driver's licence of at least P2, be able to meet the role's physical requirements, work a rotating roster, and hold the required NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid and CPR certifications.
