Behavioral Framework is hiring Disability Support Professionals to train as Registered Behavior Technicians and provide ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data, completing progress notes, collaborating with BCBA supervisors, and supporting children’s life and social skills. It requires experience working with children with special needs, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical and repetitive work. The position requires 20–30 hours per week at the job location and pays $23–$25 per hour.
