Disability Support Workers at Accord Care

ACCORD CARE is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide complex personal care and daily living support to a participant with Multiple Sclerosis who is wheelchair and bed bound and requires an indwelling catheter and two staff for transfers. The role includes catheter care, two-person manual handling and transfers, positioning, pressure care, medication assistance, mealtime management, documentation, escalation, and collaboration with the participant, family, and clinical team. The position is based in Cheltenham, Victoria, pays up to $46.70 per hour, and requires relevant disability or aged-care experience, a Certificate III or IV or equivalent, current NDIS worker screening and other mandatory checks, and Australian work rights.
