Description
The Disaster Recovery Analyst / Program Coordinator will support the enterprise Disaster Recovery program by coordinating planning, documentation, testing, governance, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities. The role works with application owners, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project teams to maintain DR plans, track remediation and test results, manage ServiceNow and CMDB records, and support DR program improvements. Microsoft Copilot and AI/data analytics knowledge are preferred, along with business continuity certifications and experience with enterprise ERP platforms, technical failover, and cloud resiliency technologies.
