Tidal Basin is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead disaster recovery and survivor assistance programs nationwide. The role manages project staffing, budgets, schedules, performance metrics, contractual requirements, compliance, reporting, audits, and client and stakeholder relationships while overseeing FEMA and other federal and state-funded recovery efforts. The position requires at least five years of disaster recovery program management experience, familiarity with FEMA programs and federal grant compliance, and the ability to travel to disaster-impacted areas; compensation is $101,502–$131,976 per year, with the position intended to be filled by 12/23/2026.
