H2M is hiring a Discipline Engineer for its Water/Wastewater Discipline in the Melville, New York office. The role leads water and wastewater distribution and conveyance projects from planning through design and construction, develops construction documents and specifications, manages budgets and schedules, performs engineering calculations and analysis, coordinates with other disciplines, and mentors junior engineers and design staff. Candidates need 10–15 years of municipal water/wastewater experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, project-drawing and cost-estimate experience, process and pump-station design experience, client-management and proposal-writing skills, active participation in water/wastewater professional societies, strong data-analysis and communication skills, and a P.E.; PMP is preferred. The salary range is $110,000–$160,000 annually.
