The Discovery Rep is a 12-month development program for students or recent graduates interested in technology, data, automation, and innovation. Participants support data collection and analysis, reporting and dashboards, process automation, internal tools, business-area collaboration, operational routines, and process-improvement initiatives. The role is based in São Paulo and seeks candidates with relevant higher-education coursework, analytical and collaborative skills, and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
