The role maintains a clean work area, operates dish machines, completes scheduled and as-needed cleaning projects, clears waste bins, and follows food-safety and sanitation procedures. The position requires strong communication, multitasking, teamwork, and the ability to work in a busy kitchen or restaurant environment; a Food Safety Certificate must be obtained within 21 days of hire. Experience as a cleaner, dish machine operator, or in a similar field is a plus.
