Description
The Dishwasher performs kitchen sanitation and dishwashing duties, including washing pots, pans, and small wares; setting up and organizing dish and pot equipment; maintaining clean floors, drains, work surfaces, and storage areas; emptying and refilling dish machines and sinks; recording sanitizing-solution concentrations; and following food-safety and cleaning schedules. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic arithmetic and measurement skills, and Food Handler certification, with prior food-service or school-food experience preferred. It is a Monday-Friday part-time schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
