Method Co. is hiring for a full-time Dishwasher at Hiroki, its Philadelphia Fishtown omakase Japanese restaurant. The role focuses on operating and maintaining the dishwashing machine, cleaning and sanitizing dishes and kitchen equipment, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supporting the kitchen team with deliveries and restocking, and following health and safety procedures. Candidates need PM availability Wednesday through Saturday nights and should be dependable, detail-oriented, upbeat, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
