Description
The part-time Dining Service Worker coordinates food and supplies for meal services and operates an assigned dining area. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishware and kitchen equipment, maintaining supplies, assisting with deliveries and storage, recording dish-machine temperatures, separating waste, reporting equipment and safety issues, and keeping work areas sanitary. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and nights, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate commercial kitchen equipment, and a criminal background check. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one year of relevant experience or institutional food-service or housekeeping experience.
