Description
The Dishwasher cleans and sanitizes dishes and kitchen equipment, stores items properly, maintains a sanitary and organized kitchen, empties and separates trash and recycling, follows cleaning schedules, and supports the kitchen team. The role reports to Kitchen Manager(s) and the Chef Team, requires standing for long periods, and prefers experience in a fast-paced dish pit.
