Description
The Dishwasher collects and washes soiled kitchen dishware, stores clean dishes, prepares dining and kitchen areas, cleans appliances and the dish pit, assists with deliveries, maintains floors and trash receptacles, and supports other restaurant staff. The role requires strong communication and time-management skills, the ability to stand or walk for 8–10-hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds, compliance with food-safety procedures, and a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate. Prior experience is not required because relevant training is provided on the job.
