The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping food preparation equipment, tools, and workstations clean and sanitary. Duties include washing dishes, pots, pans, and glassware by hand and machine, deep cleaning equipment and facilities, removing trash and recycling, reporting equipment or chemical needs, and sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, complying with food safety requirements, and working nights and weekends, with shifts that may vary up to 10 hours or be double shifts. The stated salary is $16.00 per hour.
