Description
The Utility Kitchen Person supports the hotel’s food and beverage operation by maintaining sanitary preparation and storage areas, providing clean service ware and utensils, washing dishes and equipment, polishing silver, cleaning back-of-house areas, maintaining equipment, transporting food, and assisting with plate-up. The role also requires guest service, timely complaint resolution, regular attendance, professional appearance, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. A high school diploma is preferred, while no certificates or licenses are required.
