Description
The Dishwasher cleans kitchen dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; operates dishwashing equipment; sweeps floors and wipes counters and cooking equipment; removes trash; returns cleaned items to storage; and checks dish quality before storage. The role reports to the Chef de Cuisine and Food & Beverage Manager, works in a hot, noisy, and stressful kitchen environment, and may require night, weekend, and holiday shifts. It is a non-exempt position requiring the ability to follow sanitation procedures, work in a team, communicate effectively, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds.
